Classes
REC BOXING - ALL LEVELS
Classes are open to beginners and appropriate for all fitness levels. This class combines boxing technique and functional training to provide a challenging and fun workout. Classes incorporate a variety of exercises using pads, heavy bags, and non-contact partner drills.
REC KICKBOXING
Our rec kickboxing class combines elements of traditional boxing with influence from Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and Muay Thai. This class provides an opportunity to learn all basic punches and kicks, improve technique, and have a fun and challenging workout!
PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Rogelio Boxing offers private and semi-private sessions for those interested in personal training, one-on-one boxing training, or a combination of the two. Sessions are geared towards each individual's goals and can also be customized for small groups.
TEAMS/Group Classes
At Rogelio Boxing, we have been fortunate enough to partner with various sports teams, schools, and other organizations to offer group classes for boxing, self-defense, and functional training. We are happy to create a class style or program to suit your needs.
